This is not the typical name for a salad dressing, but this is also not your typical salad dressing. Thus recipe has been in my family for years. My Oma (grandma in german) came over from Germany when she was 19 and brought this recipe with her. It is my absolute favorite salad dressing. I actually crave this recipe on a weekly basis. Any person that I have ever made it for is immediately addicted and asking for the recipe. The best part about the recipe is that it’s so clean and fresh. No matter what type of diet you may be on, this recipe should work. I usually will use Spring Salad mix, found at my local grocery store. I also love using Arugula, or a Butter Lettuce mixture. For the liquid seasoning I use Bragg’s brand, but you you can also use Maggi. Both are found at your local grocery store.
