Functional Medicine Packages

Our 3-visit package includes one initial visit, and 2 follow-up visits, and is typically for those who require approximately 3 months of care.   Our 5-visit package includes one initial visit, and 4 follow-up visits, and is typically for those who require approximately 6 months of care.  And our 7-visit package includes one initial visit, and 6 follow-up visits, and is for those who typically require about 12 months of care.  You have 12 months from the time of purchase to use your package visits.  Your physician will determine the frequency of your follow up visits, as you improve you will typically need less frequent visits.
