chives

blended herbs of choices
I used Simply Organics “herbed de Provence"

alcohol-free maple extract

coconut flour
Instructions
Place plantain in food process and blend until smooth.
Place meat in large mixing bowl, add plantain, and all ingredients until well combined.
Mixture may be sticky, add more coconut flour as needed for desired consistency.
Form into patties, place in baking sheet and bake at 350 until finished. Times varies on size and thickness of patties.
